If your PC can not connect to the Internet and you have verified that your Internet connection is on and working.  Please follow the below steps. 

Some viruses will make your think that your Internet is not working.  However after calling your Internet provider and confirming that your Internet is on and the signal to your home is solid.  Your Internet provider may refer you to contact a local service provider, or to call Microsoft, or your PC company tech support.  Microsoft will charge you so much per hour and normally your PC warranty does not cover a virus infection.

1.  Turn off your PC and wait 1 minute or so.
2.  Find the F8 key at the top of your keyboard.
3.  Turn your PC back on and start press the F8 key.  You may need to press it many times.  Press the F8 key as soon   as you turn on your PC.

5. Allow the PC to boot, this will take a while.

8. Click on the Download Free Gray Button and allow it to run and it will install.
9.  Once complete Crossloop will ask you to create an account.  Please create an account, this will speed up the process.
